Monthly Retained Services: Our retained services give you steady, reliable support - whether you need monthly HR guidance, technology management, or fractional executive leadership as a COO or CHRO. This is great for organizations needing ongoing C-Suite/Director level support without the full-time hire.

  • Advisory Support

    • 10 hours/month (minimum retained package/can be increased)

    • $1,500 nonprofit / $2,000 for-profit

Hourly Rates & Custom Packages: We have hourly rates and custom packages available that can be tailored to client needs.

All packages include email support and scheduled check-ins. Travel is billed separately if outside the Chicago area.
