A Bit About Us
At Lense Advisory, we believe organizations don’t fail because of lack of vision — they falter when their people, processes, and technology aren’t aligned.
After 25+ years in professional services and working closely with nonprofits, Erin saw leaders with incredible missions held back by inefficient structures, unclear processes, and systems that didn’t support growth.
That’s why she started Lense Advisory: to help organizations run more smoothly, scale more sustainably, and stay true to their mission.
Rooted in our values of honesty, transparency, sustainability and justice, our work is about building organizations where clarity and fairness are the standard, not the exception.
When we work together, you gain more than just strategy. You gain a partner who helps you create structures that empower your people, processes that actually work, and technology that supports your goals. Our why is simple: to help organizations see clearly, operate with integrity, and grow with purpose.
Who We Serve
Partnering with Lense Advisory gives you the cost advantage of fractional executive leadership - COO/CHRO-level expertise without the full-time salary, benefits, and overhead - combined with dedicated, focused resources for priority projects or ongoing oversight.
We specialize in supporting small and midsize nonprofits, service-focused businesses, and mission-driven organizations looking to scale. Drawing on 25+ years of operational leadership and an independent outside perspective, we streamline processes, tighten systems, and drive measurable efficiency across your people, processes, and technology.
Meet Erin Arnheim, Founder & CEO
After spending over 20 years in the financial services industry, I transitioned to the nonprofit sector, serving the Legacy Collective community as COO and then CEO for 5 years collectively. Most recently, I have joined Tereo Group serving at the COO (an accounting firm advising nonprofits, private & charter schools, and communities of faith).
My 25+ years of volunteering and board service have primarily focused on foster care, college persistence programs, incarceration programs, and workforce development. In my free time, I enjoy photography (thus our name) traveling, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and immersing myself in different cultures. The pictures to the right are from various volunteer and work trips over the past few years - enjoy!
I hold a BBA in Business Administration from St. Edwards University in Austin, a M.Ed in Secondary Education in History & Social Sciences from DePaul University in Chicago, and a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
I have also completed the following additional courses:
Managing Employee Performance (Univ. of MN)
