Meet the operator behind Lense Advisory.

We help mission-driven leaders align people, processes, and technology. As a result, growth feels SUSTAINABLE, not chaotic.

Why Lense Advisory Exists

At Lense Advisory, we believe organizations rarely struggle because of a lack of vision. They struggle when people, processes, and technology fall out of alignment.

After more than 25 years in professional services and deep work alongside nonprofit leaders, Erin saw a consistent pattern: strong missions slowed by unclear structures, manual workflows, and systems that couldn’t support sustainable growth.

Lense Advisory was built to change that. Our work helps organizations operate with clarity, scale responsibly, and build the operational foundations needed to support their impact long-term.

Grounded in values of kindness, generosity, honesty, transparency, sustainability, and justice, we partner with leaders to create environments where expectations are clear, systems support people, and decisions are made with integrity.

When we work together, you gain more than strategy. You gain a thought partner who helps align teams, simplify operations, and build technology ecosystems that actually serve your mission — so your organization can move forward with confidence and purpose.

Our Sweet Spot

I never set out to be a consultant - I just kept getting asked to help. At first it was setting up a business license, then creating systems, then walking leaders through their budgets and strategic plans. What I discovered is that my sweet spot is helping mission-driven people feel confident about things that usually overwhelm them like finance and operations. My secret sauce is making those areas not only understandable but empowering, so leaders can focus on impact instead of stress.

Clients

Working with Erin Arnheim and Lense Advisory was a truly positive experience for Art In Motion. Erin brought steady operational leadership, clear project management, and a thoughtful understanding of how to build systems that genuinely support nonprofit teams.

From the beginning, Erin took time to listen deeply to our needs, engage key stakeholders, and understand our mission and school context. She guided a complex technology transition by carefully evaluating, selecting, and implementing a new donor CRM with clarity, precision, and strong attention to detail. As a result, we now have a fully functioning system that strengthens our fundraising, donor engagement, and reporting—while remaining manageable for a small, busy school-based team.

Throughout the engagement, Erin communicated consistently and transparently, keeping both our leadership team and board well-informed and aligned. She anticipated challenges, addressed them proactively, and delivered more than we initially expected, including thoughtful enhancements that improved our donor visibility and engagement.

Beyond the technical work, Erin was a true partner in helping us think more strategically about sustainability, capacity, and long-term growth. She ensured our team felt supported and confident through clear training and documentation, which has made a lasting difference in how we operate. We are deeply grateful for her partnership and would gladly recommend Erin Arnheim and Lense Advisory to any organization seeking strong operational leadership, effective execution, and a collaborative, mission-aligned consulting experience.
